Stud Fee

• The stud fee is $1500, payable:

• □ In full at the time of mating
  
  

• □ Half at mating, half upon confirmed pregnancy
  
  

• □ First pick of the litter (if agreed upon)
  
  

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

• Conditions of Stud Service

• The bitch must be AKC or other recognized registry registered, in good health, and up-to-date on vaccinations (proof required).
  
  

• A negative brucellosis test dated within 10 days of the mating is required.
  
  
  

• Two natural ties will be attempted. Artificial insemination can be arranged at the bitch owner's expense if needed.
  
  
  

• If the bitch fails to conceive, a free return service will be offered on her next heat, provided the same bitch is brought back and notice is given within 80 days of the initial mating.

• we have a 3 puppy guarantee, in the event that doesn't happen,we will offer a re breed on same females next heat.
  
  
  

• All reasonable care will be taken with the bitch, but the stud dog owner is not responsible for injury, illness, or death of the bitch

• Puppy Registration

• The stud dog owner will sign the appropriate registry paperwork upon:

• Receipt of full payment (or agreed compensation).
