1-Year Health Guarantee
At Twilight Hollow Corgis, we take great pride in the health, temperament, and quality of our puppies. We are committed to ensuring that each puppy we place is well cared for and in excellent health at the time of adoption. To support this commitment, we offer the following 1-Year Health Guarantee:
Health Guarantee Coverage
Twilight Hollow Corgis guarantees that your puppy is in good health and free of life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of birth.
Initial Health Exam
Buyers are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession. If the veterinarian finds a life-threatening condition or contagious illness at that time, the buyer must notify Twilight Hollow Corgis immediately. The puppy may be returned (with a written veterinary report) for a full refund or replacement puppy, at the breeder’s discretion.
Covered Conditions
This guarantee specifically covers:
Life-threatening genetic or hereditary conditions that manifest within the first year
Severe hip dysplasia diagnosed by a certified veterinarian
Serious congenital heart defects
Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover
Non-life-threatening or cosmetic conditions (e.g., under/overbite, hernias,ears that do not stand)
Conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, poor diet, or improper veterinary care
Illnesses caused by parasites, viruses, or infections contracted after leaving our care
*Do not take your puppy to heavily populated dog areas until they are fully vaccinated to avoid illness. *
Reimbursement for veterinary bills, treatments, or third-party expenses
Owner Responsibilities
To remain eligible for this guarantee, the buyer agrees to,
Provide regular veterinary care, including vaccinations and de-worming
Feed a high-quality diet appropriate for the puppy’s age and breed
Avoid breeding the dog unless a separate breeding agreement is in place
Provide a loving, safe environment for the puppy
Remedy:
If a qualifying genetic or congenital condition is diagnosed within the one-year period, Twilight Hollow Corgis will offer:
A replacement puppy of equal value (when available)
All claims must be supported by a detailed written report from a licensed veterinarian, and Twilight Hollow Corgis reserves the right to request a second opinion.
Final Note:

Right of First Refusal
In the event the Buyer decides to sell, transfer, or otherwise relinquish ownership of the Dog, the Buyer agrees to offer the Breeder the first right of refusal. This means the Buyer must notify the Breeder in writing of their intent, providing full details of any prospective third-party offer, including the proposed terms and conditions. The Breeder shall have [2] days from receipt of such notice to decide whether to reacquire the Dog under the same terms.
If the Breeder chooses to exercise this right, the Buyer agrees to:
Provide all veterinary records and health documentation of the Dog.
Transfer any registration papers and microchip information to the Breeder.
Coordinate and, if necessary, cover reasonable transportation costs to return the Dog to the Breeder.
Should the Breeder decline to exercise this right, the Buyer may proceed with the transfer, provided the new owner agrees in writing to the terms of this contract, including this Right of First Refusal clause.
Under no circumstances shall the Buyer sell, transfer, or surrender the Dog to any pet shop, animal shelter, research facility, or similar entity. Violation of this clause may result in legal action and the Buyer may be liable for damages, including but not limited to, the cost of retrieving the Dog and any associated legal fees.

Breeder provides a 1 year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening hereditary conditions. If such a condition is diagnosed within this period, the buyer must notify the breeder immediately and provide documentation.
Vaccinations and De-worming:

Provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and housing.
Never neglect, abuse, or allow the puppy to live in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
Keep the breeder updated with any major health or behavioral issues.
No Other Warranties:
Except as stated in this contract, no other warranties are given, either expressed or implied.
